1.  Release Notes for Hotfix 13

Problem: 

The Microsoft software update KB960803 includes changes to winhttp.dll that
caused the Websense logon application (LogonApp.exe) to fail to authenticate 
using NTLM on systems when the /dhcp option was used

Resolution:

This issue has been corrected.

2.  Installation & Configuration
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To implement this hotfix:

1. Make a backup copy of LogonApp.exe.

   By default, this file is located in the shared Logon directory of the Active
   Directory Servers that authenticate the users.
   
2. Extract the hotfix package to a temporary directory. 

3. Replace the existing logon application executable with the file from the
   hotfix archive.
