1.  Release Notes for Hotfix 37

Problem:
You were unable to schedule Websense Explorer reports for any year 
after 2010.

Resolution:
This issue has been resolved.

Problem:
You were unable to run new favorite reports for any year after 2010.

Resolution:
This issue has been resolved.


Hotfix 37 rolls up Hotfix 30

Problem:
Internal error 500 could occur when you were attempting to modify a 
detailed report with custom headings in Websense Explorer for Windows.

Resolution:
This problem has been corrected.


Hotfix 30 rolls up Hotfix 13

Problem: 
Websense Explorer users were unable to export reports in Excel/CSV format 
when the calculated value of the bandwidth was larger than 2.1 GB. This
was a formatting issue pertaining to column size.

Resolution:
This problem has been corrected.


Hotfix 13 rolls up Hotfix 04

Problem:
When a Websense Explorer user switched from a detail report to a summary 
report, and, in some instances, saved the report as a Favorite report, 
no data was shown in the report. Instead, an error occurred.

Resolution:
This problem has been corrected.

2.  Installation & Configuration
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

To implement this hotfix:

1. On the machine running Websense Explorer for Windows, back up 
   these files:

   Default directory:  C:\Program Files\Websense\webroot\Explorer\

     - explorer.exe
     - detail.exe 
     - runReport.exe

   Default directory: C:\Program Files\Websnese\webroot\Explorer\templates\

     - dash_header.template
     - favorites.template

   Default directory: C:\Program Files\Websense\webroot\cgi-bin\

      - WsCgiExplorerSchedule.exe

2. Extract the files from the hotfix package to a temporary location.

3. Replace the original files with the ones from the hotfix package.

   ----------

   This hotfix addresses problems for reports run or saved as Favorites.
   After the hotfix is applied, existing Favorite reports that were affected
   by these issues must be removed and recreated to correct the problems.
